thats a logical argument but would thanos' blasts do much to surfer?

Thor Odin shots God blast Thanos dies.

Team 1 wins.

SilverSurfer attacks have no effect on Thanos. SS is a nonfactor here. OdinForce Thor has won against a Thanosi once. So, he has the advantage over Thanos. But Thor cant take Darkseid AND Thanos together

@whydama: how is nonfactor, no morals he would kill Darkseid and i still think no morals he can handle Thanos somehow but he will let Thor handle Thanos.By the way Thanos won't solo.

Team 2 for three simple reasons

1. Thanos can't die because of his connection to Lady death
2. Darkseid is deemed essential and also can't be killed

3. no bfr

Since the only way to actually get a win against either Thanos or DS would be to BFR them than team 1 can't win

@beatboks1: BFR would not have worked anyways given Thanos has teleportation, so does Darkseid through boom tubes.

Very impracticable, it takes him a long time to actually gather energies in a godblast, time by which Thanos could simply attack him via TP. Not to mention i have never actually seen Odin Force Thor use a Godblast, not saying he cant, but i am unsure to what degree the blast would be enchanced, because Thanos has shield and some insane durability should the blast get past his shields.

I would still give Thanos better odds against Odin Force Thor (Assuming we are not talking about Odin Force Thor that appeared in Thor 400, not sure how he got that powerful there, but the one we saw after Ragnarok).

Actually no, In classic Thor comics he could casually god-blast. I would find scans but finding them would take hours through my collection of like 500. That was pre-odin force as-well. These days he does it and it takes FOREVER. I agree though, not sure how it will work against Thanos... I think he will lose as it injured galactus or atleast made him run away.

Even in classic days he did have to concentrate to fire the blast if you can recall against which opponent i can have a look as well, i have most of Thor appearances too, but for some reason Don Blake did it rather easily against Juggernaut and still didnt work.

As per Thor 400 i dont think there is much context, he had Odin Force and just got powerful enough to rather handily beat Surtur, but yes could you re-read 398-401 and let me know if there is something i missed :)

I was reading some comic and he was attacked onto the floor and godblasted the same second, so SOMETIMES he can, I think it is writer dependent. Ok, I will read those and get back to you later.
