Odin stomps with ease. He doesn't even need the sword or the armor. OdinForce is too much for Thor to handle. Odin can amplify his stats to much higher levels but he won't need to.
Thor is already 20x his normal strength.
He is also immune to physical harm with the Power Gem. As the battle drags on, Thors strength will continue to grow and grow and grow. Eventually, he'll be strong enough to one shot Odin.
@supremegeneration: @pr0d1gy: Power Gem doesn't make you immune to physical harm. Odin can improve himself to way beyond Thor's powers so he is only 20x the base Odin. This fight isn't just a brawl (even if it were Odin isn't losing imo especially with the armor) and Odin is insanely durable and has a crazy damage output both of which are multisolarsystem/ possibly galaxy level but I think this is hyberbole. There is no evidence to suggest Power Gem Thor can handle this especially when he couldn't resist Thanos' gun and Odin simply shrugged it off. Thor didn't have VM and the belt at that but Odin didn't have the sword and the armor so I think the feat should be legit.
Odin stomps this. During his time with the Power Gem, Thanos was still able to incapacitate Thor, albeit temporarily. The same Thanos that was later demolished by standard Odin. The other gear is irrelevant, as neither piece is able to enhance the Power Gem. Thor lacks the feats necessary to indicate that he is proficient enough with the gem to take down even standard Odin. Even assuming Odin is incapable of damaging this Thor enough to put him down, which is a stretch, he could simply BFR him.
