Odin Destroyer vs Chaos King Zues
Why should Chaos King Zues be so over-powered? We have to remember that a ordinary Odin with no power amps is already somewhat of a challenge to a well fed Galactus. Seen here:
On the very next scan, just when Thor is about to attack Galactus, Galactus began sweating heavily. So the implication is that Galactus and Odin are at least somewhat matched up.
In the scan on the OP we see that Galactus was beaten by Chaos King Zues, so Chaos King was obviously much stronger, but so is the Odin in the OP.
The Odin in the original post had the Odin Sword, a Galaxy Busting Sword, The Destroyer Armor, which is capable of surviving Celestial level attacks, even as much as 6 or so at the same time, and Odin was enhanced by Asgard's donated power, which is further enhanced by The Uni-Mind. The Odin in the original post would be much superior to the Odin above. At the very least, Destroyer Odin should definitely be capable of defeating Galactus fairly easily. As a summary, I'll provide a scan of Thor being uncertain of Odin could defeat Galactus (Well Fed). Bear in mind Thor was taking a 'normal' Odin into account and later goes on to talk about his father whom fought The Celestials, which should be superior to Galactus & a regular Odin.
Summarily the scan above seems to indicate:
Exitar > Fourth Host Of The Celestials > Odin Destroyer (Amp'd) > Galactus (Well Fed) > Odin (Normal)
