Well Lucifer by himself is a universal being it takes his brother Michael the Archangel for them to make Multi-Verses. Although, of course it's his mind that they have to worry about.  The only one I see being any trouble here would be Shuma-Gorath.

Lucifer easily wins, he's taken Creation-destroying blasts and survived more or less with no permanent damage.
