Kaguya is not multiversal or even multiplanetary+ and I haven't a clue who Novel Kars is but if you think it takes a multiversal+ being to give him a good fight then the Narutoverse is doomed that and these kinds of battles aren't allowed.

The orbs negate the effects of a power and erase things they touch upon impact. Basically it can be seen as the reverse process of the Creation of All Things instead of breathing life into creation through Yin-Yang release it returns things to naught via Yin-Yang release. Also through Yin-Yang release they negate the effects of an ability which is why they can be used to heal damage.

@impervious: Lol, novel Cars already stomped Giornio. The only one who was more powerful than novel Cars was God himself. Not to mention, IIRC, he was equipped with every Stand + its Requiem, and tanked the reset of the universe 32 times.

Jorge Joestar gave Cars one hell of a power-boost. Novel Cars would stomp the entire Narutoverse with literally 0 effort.
