Does Post-Annihilation mean before or after the new Nova Corps was established?

If it's the latter, then it's not a stomp at all since Rider's no longer packing the entire Nova Force.

If it's non-Nova Prime Rider, then I give it to Kl'rt. He's just much more versatile. Add to that superior strength and comparable flight speed and he's got this at least 7/10.

Neither of them are much of preppers so I'm not so sure who takes Round 2, but Rider probably has better resources.
