Nova vs Gohan (Test match)

Fight has a 5 Minute time limit, if there is no knockout by then it would be 2 minute sudden death, if there is no winner then it's declared a draw.  
 
I'm simply trying to test the waters and find out what would be considered closer to being even. Would Gohan have to be mystic in order to be considered a even match for Nova? Give me your opinion and feed back?
