Super Skrull isn't fast enough to keep up with Nova.
His Thing's strength isn't something that would make Nova trouble. Only problem is his force fields. But I am sure that Nova's are stronger. Much stronger. I doubt that SS would survive Galactus Rage or Sphinx fight like Nova did.

The answer now is the same as it was back then, Nova owned and brutally killed Annihilus who’s a cosmic lvl threat. SS is powerful sure but Richard is stronger, faster and can take whatever SS can dish, Nova wins.
