Yes this is correct . Sinestro is running the show . Showing he has the power when he is calm and thinking and not driven by confusion order and rage and fear.

Pre-FP, Sinestro Corps stomp because Sinestro is running the show.

Post-FP, Nova Corps stomp because without Sinestro, the corps can lose to Blue Lanterns without a GL around.

Nova Corps wins but only if Sinestro is a Green Lantern.

Corp vs Corp. The Sinestros would win, but if this was just a fight between Nova and Sinistro, Nova would win in an intergalactic stomp.

Nova would need to be Prime in order to win against Sinestro.

From what I understand, Sinestro Corps War, Blackest Night, etc. remain mostly untouched by Flashpoint. So I would argue that the feats are still canon.
