Strength Level: Like Iron Man's suit from first film. Can lift a car for a for a short while.
Durability Level: Her body is as durable as Iron Man's suit from first film. She can also survive in a vacuum without oxygen for an hour.
Chest and body armor: Stronger than her body, this stuff is as hard as adamantium.
PPS: Personal Power Stick: She can fly by holding onto it. Can create gale force wind by twirling it, affecting anything in it's path. Like Thor's hammer, it cannot be lifted by others. It can also absorb electricity, radiation, and heat, and also expel it after if she chooses. While holding it she can transfer ANY heat, electricity or radiation from her body to it so that her body is not effected. Heat has no effect on it's temperature, as it remains constant.

The Batman, who's only prep is this (which is pretty much the best he can do anyway).
Morals off. Win by whichever side decides to surrender first. Morals off.

Nordika intends to pin Bats down with her PPS which only she can lift. Morals off means she will kill if necessary. Bats knows what she can do.
Bonus round: The winner fights Iron Man from first film with suit he used against the terrorists to blow up the tank.
