which would be victorious
Nolan's Batman vs. Sam rami's Spider-man
Nolan's Batman wasn't really prepared like the comic Batman...he relied more on tech...I'd say Raimi's Spidey
@waxseruya: Not unless he is in one of his vehicles with heavy weaponry.
I'm going to do some useless scaling that will matter to no one at all, like I did on the Nolan Joker Vs Raimi Goblin thread. I'm going to have both characters in their third movie but include feats from the two prior. So this is Dark Knight Rises Batman Vs Spider-Man 3 Spidey
Strength: Spider-Man, no question. He was able to stop a 25 ton train with at least one hundred people inside of it at his peak, and even momentarily held up half a large building. Batman is no slouch either, able to knock people out in one punch, but Spider-Man is just a whole other level of strength
Speed: Spider-Man. And once again, very easily. Spider-Man has reflexes good enough to dodge bullets, and is quick enough to dodge punches from Flash Thompson at the beginning of his power set. Batman would dodge those punches too, but Spider-Man did this with no effort, and kind of no knowledge of what he was doing. Batman would have to be focused. Really, it's the Spider Sense that gives him this advantage
Durability: Spider-Man. Once again, this is just unfair. He took a grenade to the face, and went flying with so much force he broke a brick wall, then took a beating from Goblin (who matched Spidey's strength) and had no lasting damages. Batman got knocked out and had his back broken by Bane, and there is no way you can argue that Tom Hardy's Bane is stronger than the Raimi Spider-Man
Gear: Batman. One of the only rounds he wins, but seriously, he is much better equipped than Spider-Man. He has many, many items at his disposal. Smoke bombs, Batarangs, tasers, grapple guns etc. The only thing Spidey uses is his webs
Intelligence: Batman. Bruce managed to fool the Joker's insanely manipulative plans, which is much more impressive than anything Spidey did. Peter is no slouch, as he is a Scientific genius and is good at adapting to anything, but Batman is on a whole other level
Agility: Spider-Man. This isn't really fair, some of the stuff he was doing in the train fight is God-like, and Batman has never shown anything as impressive
So, how does this fight play out? I see Batman trying to use stealth as an advantage at first, but Spider-Man will be able to counter this with his Spidey Sense, and easily get an early advantage in. Honestly, I could see just three or four punches knocking Bruce out, but for the sake of entertainment, let's keep going. Bruce attempts to use is gadgets on Spidey, but seeing that Spidey can just see everything coming, he will resort to using his fighting skill. This just won't work, as Spidey can dodge and dish out his own attacks easily, eventually taking Bruce down
This fight isn't fair in my opinion, you can call Batman a weaker Goblin, and when Goblin pushed Peter... well, let's just say, he got the point. And Peter is physically superior to Bane, and Bane easily beat Batman first try. While Batman has an insane amount of gadgets, Spidey has shown he can counter insane versatility on that level before when fighting the Goblin. This is a mismatch
Peter could have his eyes closed, hands behind his back, let Batman wail on him for an hour and still one shot without any effort. Huge mismatch.
