• Batman has 1 month of prep
• Takes place in Crime Alley; relatively dark
• Batman has NO morals. He is prepared to use anything/any method to KILL The Terminator
• No vehicles, no Nuke, no EMP
• Batman is aware The Terminator is a machine sent from the future
• T-800 has feats from T1, T2 and T3
• T-800 is equipped with his AMT Hardballer .45 Longslide (gun in picture, with laserlock)
• Batman has Gotham Knight feats

1.5 months prep? Batman shows up with a veritable army of Tumblers and literally steamrolls Arnie

He attaches an EMP to the Batplane and wrecks. Drops bombs if necessary. You do know he has the plans for the nuclear energy thing right? He could blow the the entire city to win.

@lukehero: Mmmh, I did not want to make it TOO unfair for Batman, having morals-on limits so much of his firepower. And yeah, he's not blowing up a city.

Terminator has feats from T2 & T3 if it helps.

First Terminator (maybe second one as well) has the lowest durability showings out of all terminators on the big screen – prepared out-of-moral Baleman can simply use two rocket launchers (that’s even not counting EM-grenades courtesy of Mr. Fox or something similar). T-800 is done for.

@sanohibiki: I've changed it - Terminator has feats from T2 and T3. So the original Terminator trilogy.

No Nuke (did not even consider the Nuke). No EMP. No vehicles. Done.

Though I guess he can use his explosive sticky gun from TDK.

Still, with vehicles, 1 month of preparation, etc… Unless Terminator can find a moment to snipe Batman in the eye, Bats still wins.

I'll allow him T3 feats anyway.

He does not have vehicles or EMP. But, he does have his other weapons (e.g. explosive sticky gun, etc) and 1 month of prep.

Can see Batman winning

T-850 would solo the Arrowverse though

With the new rules, Batman's Best Bet is to already have some sort of trap set up. He lures the T-800 into a large building, then blows it up to bury it. Comes back and wraps the T-800 up with his grapple gun. Then stick some more explosives inside of it the finish it off.

Well, T-850 was pretty durable cyborg plus he’s good in calculating how to use his environment. Hmm, does Batman know that they will fight exactly in Crime Alley (during his preparation' month)?

@frozen: Sticky bomb is an option as well, but the best plan is to bury him and stay away from him until he is worn down some.

This is my train of thought as well. Since Batman can't use any of his vehicles/heavy ornaments, he's going to have to come up with a plan to somehow trap or lure the Terminator into a situation it can't move. I don't think any of the explosives that he carries on him can put the Terminator down.

I guess that could work. Or lure the Terminator into an abandoned building rigged with explosives and drop the building on top of the Terminator. T-800's are ridiculously hard to put down, but I think since ol'Batty has a month, he can come up with somekind of way to incapacitate the thing.

Batman wins. Gotham Knight feats make him a bullet timer, bullet proof, and gives him access to some nice gadgets.

Gotham Knight feats seems like overkill.

Not fair anyway you put it. Random Encounter Bats gets ripped in half. With Prep Batman just EMPs or picks him up with a batmagnetic attached to a batplane and flys him over to a batvatofboilinglava.
