We haven't seen 'Crossbones' yet. We probably will in the next film though.

Yeah, Bane never bullet timed or even aim dodged so he gets shot.

I am inclined to go with crossbones because even though he didn't get a massive amount of screen time he still had a good few feats like while fighting falcon at the end or when he fought cap in the elevator he held his ground i don't think bane from the dark knight rises was that impressive.
