Nintendo vs PlayStation vs Xbox

Note: If a certain series is multiplat, but most of the games have been exclusive to a certain platform or were timed exclusive or have exclusive content, I will count it for that respective platform

Here we go:

Nintendo : Mario, Link, Kirby, Pikachu (lv 60), Samus, Donkey Kong, and Sonic

PlayStation: Kratos, Ratchet, Solid Snake, Cole McGrath,Sackboy, Sora, and Nathan Drake

Xbox: Master Chief, Commander Shepard, Marcus Fenix, KOTOR Knight, Coach (from Left 4 Dead), Nick Ramos (Dead Rising 3) , and Hero (Fable)

Round 1: Hyrule (All teams are without powerups, items. Native powers {Sonic's speed, Pikachu's lightning are powers, NOT items} count and can be used for this battle. No swords, guns, or mutating mushrooms)

Round 2: Mount Olympus (All teams have access to all their weapons, powerups, items except for the most powerful, like Starman for Mario, Chaos Emeralds for Sonic, Triforce for Link, etc)

Round 3: On Shepard's ship (All teams have their strongest powerups, and ALL their powerups)

Who wins and why?

The only person who can give Nintendo trouble is Kratos and Sora.

Nintendo stomps.

Kirby possibly solos.

You know what? Seeing as I haven't posted of two particular characters, I think i'll do them some justice. A bit...i'll show some rather H2H skill from the two of em, so here we go and first up.

Scans 1 + 2 show that his kick is strong enough to send enemies flying a good distance.

Scans 3 + 4 show his kick is strong enough to knock down big opponents to the ground.

2 +3 scans show more kicking able to cause some damage against a giant of a cyclops. This also of course shows some rather impressive agility, Link has quite a few agility feats.

Now obviously Link isn't a master martial artist, but what I am getting at here is that he has shown some H2H skill. Sure it isn't where he shines, that obviously is his sword skill....but still it is something to contribute and such.

1st scan shows that after being infused with Chazo DNA, shows great leaping ability and also enhanced strength as seen when she was crushing those robots, she also being out of her suit.

2nd scan shows her easily trashing through a robot with her fist.

Well there ya have it folks, this is really just for the 1st round. I figured I would help out at least showing some H2H skill for the two of em, though if needed(or wanted) I can also post scans of their equipment and what they do with it and so forth. Anyway enjoy!

@thundergodswrath: I personally think Snake can cause a hell lot of trouble for Nintendo's weaker characters( Donkey Kong, Link, Mario). But both Sonic and Kirby can KO him pretty easily...

nintendo solostomps with exception of kratos and sora but they fall eventually.

xbox is seriously out-gunned in that one.

Master chief Solostomps. Laser designate SMAC strikes from orbit turnning mount olympus into a freaking parking lot.

Orbital Platform SuperMAC turrets are 4x as strong as samus zero laser.

Round 3.

you cannot contain all of that reality warping reality haxing universe nuking power inside a freaking spaceship!

@wolfrazer: How is he not? He only has a chance of survival in round one, and thats assuming Kratos, Sora, Cole, or Snake don't finish him off first. He has absolutely no chance whatsoever in the last two rounds, because he has no powerups, unless you count those stupid drums. And what are drums gonna do against freaking Kratos? Or the Chief? Or Marcus Fenix? He's Nintendo's weakest, and the only ones here that I see weaker than him are Coach, Nick Ramos, and Nathan Drake.

Don't know enough about Nintendo. Out of X & P, Playsation wins.

KotoR and Fable are both PC games as well and aren't console exclusive. Also, KotoR has been relaunched for tablet devices as well. Also, Sony has so much more.

Kirby solos first round then Link, Kirby and Sonic destroy the second and Link wishes the other consoles away in the third

Mario can solo the second one too. Double cherry and Metal Cap combined= Four Metal Marios punching Kratos, Sora, MasterChief, and Marcus at the same time.

With donkey kong there its kind of a unfair battle, hell, most of the nintendo team can solo with the feats they have. But.

Round 1: playstation, better fighting skills, and their basic powers are far more practical, the only one on nintendo team with useful basic powers is sonic and kirby and pikachu, everyone else on the nintendo team is too heavily reliant on tools or power ups. Ratchet is a non-factor since he has no weapons. same goes for snake, sackboy isn't that impressive, but sora and kratos and cole are huge threats even with their basic powers.(sora's keyblade is his basic set of powers, its what gives him his powers in the first place, so its allowed.) Kratos even without weapons is a deadly threat. the problem would be donkey kong, but he could get dispatched easily by cole. Sonic and mario could be taken out without too much trouble by sora. Pikachu is deadly, but is nothing like his anime counterpart so he can be beaten without too much trouble by anyone on the team. Xbox team is impressive but not enough to keep up with the other two teams.

R2 Draw between playstation and nintendo, xbox gets stomped

R3 playstation. Sora and cole and kratos are ridiculously powerful and ratchet with his full arsenal can solo.....

@deathhero61: Snake also has Headband of Infinite Ammo. And some people forget that there are secret items Kratos can find that basically make him invincible with infinite health and infinite magic. And that was in the first game. And of course Sora is crossing multiverses and who's had to face against Sephiroth, who'd slaughter most of the other two teams by himself.

Which is a little surprising, not to see FF7 characters for Playstation as they've been exclusive to that system. Though the FF franchise began with Nintendo, that was solely due to lack of options. Soon as Playstation came out, it all hopped aboard pretty quickly since Nintendo was full of exploiting pricks and Sega couldn't come up with anything useful outside of Sonic. FF games have been pretty exclusive to Playstation since then with the occasional side game for the Wii, though none of those are part of the Numbered ones.

Though FFXI was an MMO along with FFXIV, they could still be played from their systems as well as PC. Anyway, Playstation is just better overall. If people even knew of half the games for the PS that aren't released in the USA and UK, they'd freak out.

Not since the days of the Dreamcast... which were long ago (over a decade).

He is still owned by Sega, but he has predominately shown up on Nintendo consoles after the Dreamcast (Sega's final console).

@deathhero61: Pikachu got eaten by Blanka (Thank you Death Battle!). Mario ain't nearly as strong as Kratos, neither is Link, even with all his equipment. The only hope is Sonic in that regard, and all of their durability is terrible. Kong is just fodder and Samus doesn't have anything powerful enough to do the job. Kirby is useless as his Absorbing only works within a few feet of where he's standing.

Nintendo is for lil kids. Playstation is for the Big Boys.

Whats up with all this Kirby solos BS...If that pink cotton ball tries to absorbing someone, Cole Ionic drains him or Sora goes into him Anti-Sora form and speed blitzes him...

How does it work on his more powerful enemies? such as nix? or those giant monsters that occasionally show up?
