If these are the Turtles from the new movie they win both matches. They were power-houses
1.) They are far better fighters than Peter
2.) They have super strength to match Peter
3.) They were crazy durable, much more than Spiderman has shown to be
4.) Since they were fast enough to block machine gun fire from several people at a time with their weapons they can catch Spiderman. Not to mention they were shown to jump farther and climb faster than Peter has been shown in the new Spider movies.
5.) They are really good a miss direction, they used it several times in the movie to gain the advantage on large groups of clan soldiers.

I don't remember them lifting a car and i dont remember them jumping as far and being able to climb as fast.
@those_eyes: They were clearing roof tops when they first met April, when they ran after erasing her camera. They also got from the subway to the roof of the skyscraper in seconds. They were fast and very strong.
