Nightwing vs Terry McGinnis

Fight takes place in Gotham. Both have 2 days prep. Terry has Bruce in his ear and his suit's full power except for cloaking. Nightwing has full equipment. Morals are off.

With this set up i think Terry wins.

I'm not really sure what Dick is capable of with prep and he isn't Batman's level, I don't even think he should be on Tim Drake's level with prep. Terry with morals off would curbstomp him though.

Terry wins, well his his Batman Beyond ( so he is beyond Batman lol)

This doesn't seem fair for Nightwing, Terry's suit is ridiculous.
