Nightwing is like at peak human strenght (if I'm not mistaken) but spiderman is super human level strenght. He is way more gaily and faster then nightwing.

I say they are almost near when it comes from fighting skills because when spiderman was in the new avengers he was trained in martial arts with mary jane. He was trained by captain america.

OH, please,is this even neccesary?...although Spidey has been already beaten by other nonpowered beings (Punisher)...but I don´t think NW has many possibilties....although NW´s more "combat-skilled" than Punisher...oh,man..I guess the result lies upon the circumstances....and obviously the writer....it always depends on something...that´s why..at the end I'm not sure who would beat who...:ß.....

spidey ftw... he is not the kind of person to be outsmarted, he is atronger,faster, and more agile than nightwing, but nightwing has the upperhand for combat
Spider-man wins, hands down. Seems like most people on this thread find it a shutout in Spider-mans favor. For those who vote for Nightwing, would you like to buy some crack? cuz I'm holding, and I KNOW you all must be smoking it.
