Nightwing vs Nighthawk (Sqaudron Supreme)

Nightwing has been hearing of mysterious killings in Chicago, so he goes and investigates. In a Chicago alley at 11:45 pm he finds a black suited figure mercilessly killing the last of 13 white drug-dealers. "Hey, stop!!" Nightwing shouted before the stranger struck the fatal blow. The man turned to look at him and Nightwing was momentarily paralized before he escaped into the shadows. A few moments later Nightwing appeared in front of him, blocking his way. "We can do this the easy way or the hard way" says.Nightwing. "I'd like to say the same thing" the killer replied. The fight begins.

Isn't nighthawk Marvel's equivalent of Batman?

Yes

Also, this Nighthawk have show to be more efficient and ruthless than the ordinary Nighthawk "batman-copy" of Marvel &16/Prime, and have also beated him. So this Nighthawk is superior to the "regular" Nighthawk, who was the equivalent of Batman.

So I will go with Nighthawk

Wasn't Batman still better than the original Nighthawk? So would he be equivalent to this Nighthawk?

I know that Nighthawk is pretty resourseful and has loose morals but Nightwing is physically superior with a considerable skills edge from what I know.

hes probably as smart

as skilled,

and as resourceful as Bruce wayne

with the added benefit that he’s themed on bats rather than a hawk

im guessing this is Kyle from 31969 which is comparable and almost identical to the intelligence and skills of moon knight
