K4tz over here was kind enough to show me a couple of Scans. I don't self proclaim myself a master on the suit or anything, but here's what little I can gather from what I've see. Marc Spector as a fighter is undoubtedly skilled, capable of a few interesting feats and has also shown impressive agility and reflex feats, however I don't think that he is better than Dick Grayson for any one of those actual attributes and thus I give those stats to Dick Grayson automatically, so if you want them, you'll have to fight for them. The only problem I have with this fight arises from the suit, which most people are building up to be something from another world, but its not without its faults. From the feats I've seen the suit has some good durability, notably tanking a bomb (more like an explosion), but Marc was notably affected by that so lets not get ahead of myself, but its been seen that the mask isn't nearly as durable as the rest of the armor. I'm pretty sure that Nightwing could use this to his own advantage and exploit the fact that the mask is the more vulnerable fight of the suit, which I'm confident he'd find. But this is not to say that its his only tactic, since that's not the case at all. Moon Knight has tanked a punch from Bushman, and he was shown to be visibly affected by that. So physically fighting isn't totally out of the question and it is still an option for Grayson. While its unlikely that he'll take a win this way, its still a valid tactic nonetheless. This is not to forget the taser that he has in his suit, which will also attribute him a couple of wins, which can be used as a last resort and to my knowledge, the Carbonadium armor has no resistance to it.
Even after all this, I'm not sure he takes it, but I don't think its as black and white as some have made it out to be.
