@JediXMan:I liked Heart of Hush (PIS moments aside), but I haven't read anything else with him to accurately estimate his power level. He was pretty tough and quite competent in that story, though.

In Hush, he showed capable of beating Batman with prep (he rigged the Bat Mobile with explosives and had the element of surprise). In Hush Returns, he had the crap beaten out of him by Joker and his goons. He later beat Joker and gang with Prometheus.

Terry never beat him. He was holding his own in their first fight then their second one Hush ended it in like 2 pages. His accidental knock hush down the hole while an oncoming bat wraith spears him in the stomach in the final issue doesn't do Terry much credit anyways since Dick did most of the fighting in the first place.
Edit: Terry was also in a Grayson Batman thread and he won, more current Terry would beat Nightwing if he plays it smart. If Bruce is off mic, the only one who really would naturally beat Terry with no prep is Jason due to his skills with a knife and him actually using it constantly, Hush sliced thru the batsuit like tissue paper.

In Hush returns he lost to a bunch of thugs but beat up Talia,some Kobra agents and to top it all Deathstroke was standing there doing NOTHING,he was mezmerized by tommy's awesomeness(WTF?).Hush returns was a huge wankery which should not be used at all since some of the events have been retconned while the others have been blatantly ignored. Hush itself was pretty stupid,almost all those characters whom he manipulated had pointless motivations(that's Loeb for you,throwing around random characters for 11 issues),oh did i say he manipulated them? it was actually Riddler all along. Nightwing stomps both rounds,Hush lost to Jane Doe.
I don't see why Hush wouldn't just shoot Nightwing in the skull.
Nightwing is more agile than batman and is suppose to be faster than batman. I would argue Grayson is harder to shoot than batman despite being less skilled overall.
