Green Arrow has more experience. All I see Nightwing having over him is being more agile. GA is tougher.

Green Arrow has "more experience" than Nightwing but he only started training in martial arts a year ago so the rest of that experience isn't gonna matter too much.  Not like Nightwing can't dodge an arrow.  And if you go by the Green Arrow in that picture, he's got zero martial arts experience.  He's gonna get his butt handed to him.

No he didn't. He only trained for a year. And Black Canary took him down effortlessly in h2h.  Ollie probably isn't even as good as Tim in h2h. And Grasyon dodges bullets, arrows aren't gonna be a problem for him. His agility, speed, skill and intelligence outclass GA. Ollie's strength is the only attribute he possibly outclasses Dick in. And even if Ollie was stonrger this would be negated by Dick's skill. "

Hmmm good fight. If GA kept Dick at range then I'd say Ollie but at H2H despite their similar levels of martial arts experience I'd personally have to give it to Dick. Even though Ollie was trained by Natas the same guy who trained Deathstroke, Dick's mixture of styles combined with his eskrima sticks would give him the edge in close combat IMO.

And did you read the issue I'm speaking of? Brick himself stated the objective was never to beat them (Ollie/Batman), but only keep them occupied.  Then there's the fact that Todd attempting to kill Ollie would be completely OoC.

Keeping someone occupied is letting them keep up with you in a fight, keeping them just close enough that they actually think its a fight, & then spank 'em real quick, laugh & run off into the night. Not getting your ass kicked and relying on some back-up sword grip booby trap to be able to ESCAPE. Your details don't matter. Jason had a contingency in case he got beat.

I have no doubt that Ollie is a more skilled swordsman than Todd, but the fact remains that neither had the intention of killing the other, and the entire fight was just set up to keep Ollie busy.  There's no disputing that.  Then again, you were the one who attempted to argue the clear and established limitations and power levels of Moon Knight... Ollie is good, but he only trained for one year, whereas the whole Batman family have been training for years.
