Nightwing. He's used to fighting assassins, and even with little prep time, he could still come up with a strategy on how to beat her powers. Nightwing is also peak human, he was trained by Batman, and smart enough to give Deathstroke a hard time.

This is good. The skill/speed/smarts edge is highly debatable. Nightwing has strength. Elektra has the ruthlessness. Good fight.

Lady Shiva is in a much lower tier than her pre-Flashpoint counterpart. Nightwing wouldn't last 5 minutes with the real one. Elektra would trash the New 52 version.

@dondave: IIRC Shiva owned Dick in Pre 52 but I didn't read much Nightwing in N52 she might owned him there too.

Shiva didn't own Nightwing new 52. She was winning but it wasnt a stomp. Nightwing landed a good amount of hits and was not going to give up and she was very impressed with him.

Regular elektra would beat grayson in most cases. She would be more skilled and have other pesky powers that can be used. However the prep does at least give grayson enough time to get the best gear to fight her assuming he knows who she is
