I've yet to read a Superman story that's really grabbed me. I heard Waid's Birthright was good though. Maybe I'll try that

*unfollows you*, Kidding, but it's weird that you dislike it? I like Superman Brainiac more than Birthright, but if you want an origin Birthright is the way to go. Beware it's art is pretty terrible though, but that's an opinion.

Just looked it up and I see that one is by Geoff Johns and Gary Frank. That's actually awesome. I might just have to check that out. Plus, that Superman costume is WAY better than that New 52 garbage.
