Then Capt America for the win. His physical abilities are superior and his fighting skills are at least equal if not better (in my opinion). Nightwing has more gadgets but I don't think that will ensure the win.

If it were Bucky or Steve either on would beat Nightwing even if Nightwing is the superior at fighting over Bucky buck carries a gun he could just shoot Nightwing.

Nightwing because to me people who basically who are superhuman, they seem to rely too much ability then skill and too confident but in the end i really dont care
Cap beats dick all the time,in fact he usually does it in private so as not to embarass anybody....in this case he beats dick so hard ,he comes down on the floor,gasping from the effort..
