While i think Nightwing has the edge in skill, and probably experience, albeit of a different kind to Batwing, i think the latter would win this, due to his own impressive skills greatly enhanced by his armour, putting him physically above Nightwing. Plus, he's got back up from another physically superior combatant, so Nightwing really has his hands full here. He's used to more than one opponent, but not with physical stats this far above, and fighting skills equal to, his own.
