I'd say the best fighters here are Serpentor, Firefly, Zartan, Snake Eyes, and Storm Shadow. I think Snake Eyes and Storm Shadow would beat him, the others would be decent fights but they would lose to Grayson.

I'd say it would get difficult around the Storm shadow and Snake eyes rounds where dick will draw or win. The others aren't so skilled to take Grayson.
