I'm going with Slade.

The prep goes both ways and Slade is definitely a better strategist and prepper then Dick and Jason.

Note: I'm assuming that Dick and Jason, don't have access to some of Bruce's more exotic items like the Justice league bots, otherwise this would make this battle too easy.

I think Slade wins with or without prep. Jason Todd is the X Factor but DeathStroke is familiar enough with Dick to not really need it.

definitely agree with that, but I think X-factor, as someone already mentioned, is Jason. I'll give it to the Bat boys, but only slightly after a very vicious fight with Deathstroke.
