Nightwing, Red Hood, and Robin III Vs. the BoP

Pre-New 52 Nightwing, Red Hood, and Tim Drake Robin Versus the "Big 3" of the Birds of Prey (well, besides Oracle anyway): Black Canary, Huntress, and Lady Blackhawk, all circa Gail Simone's second BoP run

Fight takes place in the Gotham Football Stadium from The Dark Knight Rises. All combatants are in-character save Jason who is refraining from using lethal force for the time being. Victory comes when all combatants on either side are KO'ed.

Round 1: Strictly H2H

Round 2: Standard Gear and Weaponry for all.

Round 1 should be pretty interesting. Isn't Canary considered to be pretty up there in h2h? Like, Batman level?

Round 2, Todd shoots them through the head.

@Mattersuit: No, no she is not. She's the best of these fighters, but is not on Batman's level.

Also, I believe I said that Jason was refraining from using lethal force. And in any event, Lady Blackhawk also has guns.

@shroudofsorrow: Sorry, I've seen many people hype her up for h2h skill.

@Mattersuit: No worries. And in any event Canary is still the best of these six fighters, and by a decent margin at that. Nightwing is the most approachable to her, but is not better. Because of this I think the Birds could very well win at least the first Round.

I've heard that she's around or perhaps deserving of a top ten spot, I don't know if that's accurate or what.

@Mattersuit: Based on my knowledge level (which I concede is not the best) she isn't, but at the very least I would say she's just shy of the Top 10.

@shroudofsorrow:Jason throws his knife into each of their shoulder as the fight starts in the second round

@dondave: I'm fairly certain they would all move out of the way of the attack.

@shroudofsorrow: not necessarily, during under the red hood, Jason uses on that league of assassins woman ( I've forgotten her name) without her knowing or feeling it in her shoulder until he told her it was there

@YourNeighborhoodComicGeek: No, I believe he is referring to the animated adaptation of "Under the Hood" by Judd Winick, which has no bearing whatsoever here because this is the comic book Jason. And all three of the Birds of Prey are better than some random, featless assassin anyway.

Oh. Those cyborg-assassins. The Fearsome Hand of Five right? But the main reason they did those is because they didn't want other comic book characters to interfere with the plot (hence they took out Deathstroke and other characters).

@YourNeighborhoodComicGeek: Yeah, I know. I'm just saying that that was a movie Jason. Not the comic book version of Jason being used here.

@YourNeighborhoodComicGeek: @shroudofsorrow: I meant the bald assassin called onyx. They were stopping some gang lords when turned and threw the knife in her shoulder and she didn't know or feel it go in

#18 Posted by shroudofsorrow (998 posts) - 5 months, 18 days ago - Show Bio

@dondave: He hadn't thrown the knife at her. He stabbed her when she didn't expect it. If he threw his knife the Birds would simply move out of the way.
