This. Nightwing really hasn't been that impressive so far, while Bucky, although doesn't have many feats, has been proven to be quite good, by holding a speeding arrow shot by Hawkeye, resisting against Doom's magic, etc.
how has he not shown much skill? in the first few pages he jump through a train and took a huge guy down in like a second. and he was smart enough to stop that chemical fire. he beat two talons. and held his own against lady shiva. plus hes probably way more agile than bucky
Didn't Nightwing have like broken ribs and fingers while he fought Shiva? didn't he just come out of a different scenario where as Shiva, was fully rested?

he had a broken rib from his fight with paragon. and she was fully rested
well the writers have said dick has his old feats so hes as good as before if not better. Also he now has upgraded escrima stick so maybe that could make a difference?
