Sabo needs more feats.

NM Luffy doesn't have Haki so he has no way of hitting him.

Even if he could I think Sabo is too versatile and experienced to lose. He has the strength to hurt Luffy (destroying the arena designed for huge fights in one hit) and he held of an Admiral by himself.
