Well To be fair I don't know that much about Daken. but I tend to favor classic characters over the Johnny-Come-Latelies, especially when it's someone like Daken who seems to be 'Flavor of the Month' new uberbad-ass, that marketing seems to be desperate to put over. I think while maybe Daken's a slightly better fighter, Nightcrawler is fast enough, versatile enough and crafty enough to get the K.O. and be too hard for Daken to keep up with.
Daken. Since morals are on i doubt Kurt is gonna pop his head off or anything, and with Daken's senses he should be able to pick up the smell of brimstone and find a pattern to Kurt's teleporting. Daredevil has sniffed out Kurt's porting before , Cyclops has found a pattern in his ports, and with Daken's sense of smell, or hearing combined with his disappearing move he can definitely keep up with Kurt and beat him.
