No point in mentioning that LT and/or Spectre are backed by TOAA/Presence, as their powers are already derived from them by default, in addition to the fact that their superiors have never made their underlings omnipotent.

I have no idea about the anime/manga characters, but aside from them, this should come down to Mike and Lucy vs. Beyonders.

I was trying to reference their strongest incarnates because at times they are portrayed as very weak for the subordinates of omnipotent.

The anime/manga characters are strong some on her consider Nya to be a threat to PR Beyonder and Featherine's only weakness is essentially memory loss.

Based on feats, Beyonders. They've already taken out the #2 being in their respective multi-verse, LT. Outside of taking out the TOAA, there is nothing more they could do to prove their power.

Exactly, and all the abstracts and LT. Considering TOAA isn't even mentioned that often and existence is tenable, they really cleared house.

We also don't know how many there are.

None of them are the strongest. The strongest HERE would be featherine but theres even a being stronger than her. And 3 other beings that would be on par with her if not a little above(which I doubt).
