Cy Would most likely win, did they fight in the x-men/runaways spiecial, i know they met and argude, anyway, ya even if she took the beams he has hand to hand combat as well.

I don't know if they did fight in xmen/runaways. I haven't read it yet.
They both have a chance to win. But its leaning towards Cyclops. Nico would have to have at least a minute prep to even think of something to stop Scott. Since this is over 2yrs old and the OP didn't even state whether BL is on or not or anything like that. I don't think he would do a full blown sentinel blast. He is capable of using his blast to knock someone out. But to wrap this up The "King" of mutnatkind takes this.
But how do we know that she would do that? When was the last time you saw her do that at the start of a battle? We don't' know if BL is on or off. So I HIGHLY doubt that she would do that.

Good. So Sister Grimm wouldn't "kill" Scott on first sight. And she would have to try to remember a word she hasn't used but will have the same desired effect. Scott on the other hand has no problem firing a stun shot.Winning the battle. As a side note. If the writers of the runaways had any common sense they would have gave her a spell to retain different words that have the same meaning so that this wouldn't be such a devastating weakness.IMO
