@BlueHope:Vilgax can't touch intangible opponents but he's capable of using energy attacks (yes he can watch his first episode) that hurt intangible opponents

awesome, but how he can hit a enemy who can turn invisible,intangible and teleport?

Well let's seen

(Most of Vilgax's best feats come from his first episode where he did godly stuff)

Vilgax can only counter Telepotation with his super agility and enhanced speed (He easily blitzed XLR8 and beat down Stink Fly who was flying above tall buildings just by jumping at him)

Vilgax also has enhanced senses that has allowed him in the episode to detect Ghost Freak who was intangible and hiding.
