Rorschach. He's tough H2H as we see in the movie when he fights Ozymandias(who is superhumanly strong) and although Ozymandias beat him and Nite-Owl he's still tough. Plus even with morals on, Rorschach has very few morals in the first place, I have no doubt that he wouldn't hesitate to kill Fury.

@adman123: Fury's tough,a much better H2H fighter. Ozy didnt just beat both of them, He decimated them while not even paying attention. Rorshach is probably more brutal but Nick Fury isnt Spiderman. He wouldn't hesitate to kill Rorshach either.

@pr0metheus: If it's an H2H fight, we know Rorschach likes to go for the most painful move he can, I could easily see him attacking Fury's good eye by jamming his finger in it leaving Fury completely blind. That seems like a really Rorschach thing to do. Then Rorschach would go to town on Fury.

And you really think Fury is just gonna give him the opportunity to do something like that?

@juiceboks: Fury doesn't need to give Rorschach anything. In an h2h fight, where everything is moving fast paced, I think Rorschach would go for Fury's eye and he wouldn't expect it.

I'm extremely biased for Rorschach, but I really don't know Fury well enough to judge.

Rorschach is a cool dude but lets be honest, in the realm of comics he is quite low in terms of combat prowess. Fury takes this with ease.

This is movie Rorschach, who's most likely 2 entire tiers higher in capability than Comic Rorschach.

I don't know enough about Fury to comment.

Nick Fury stomps with relative ease.

Need more info than this, Fury is using gadgets, which he isn't allowed here.

Scans show he is way above Rorschach in agility level, need strength/hitting power, durability etc.

Don't get me wrong, I expect Fury is better anyway, I was just saying movie Rorschach is not the same as comic Rorschach.

Here's Fury going up against Baron von Strucker wielding the Satan Claw, a gauntlet capable of knocking back Rhino.

Only factor for Rorschach really is his insane durability.

But then whilst he was durable enough to tank extreme kicks to the head from a superhuman guy, his strength is pretty much average human, so even normal cops can just bundle him and hold him down.

Worst case scenario I think judging by the scans Fury is skilled, agile, and fast enough to put Rorschach into a hold regardless.

Best case scenario he might be able to get past the durability with pressure point strikes.

Give Fury a knife or pistol and he'd probably do this fairly easily I'd say.

Isn't comic nick fury the marvel version of james bond that controls a spy agency? Nick should stomp. Rorshach never showed actual Martial Arts skill in the movies IIRC.

  • He beat 5 cops at once in H2H (but was then taken down by the next 5 whilst recovering)
  • He has slightly above human level agility and balance.
  • He has average human strength
  • Superhuman durability, impressive damage soak (blunt force)
  • High intelligence and good at prep

Comic Book Rorschach.

  • Struggles in 1 on 1 encounters against well-trained humans, cannot win against groups
  • Has average human agility
  • Has average human strength
  • Has average human durability
  • High intelligence and good at prep

Comic book Rorschach is low street, as a comic book character he's pretty much as weak as he can be without being comic relief. Essentially he can save the day against normal, realistic humans, but is always at risk.

Movie Rorschach doing as well as he did against the cops probably brings him up to the boundary between low street and mid street, the slightly enhanced agility and balance definitely put him in mid-street IMO, the durability makes him at the higher end of mid street, or the lower end of Peak human IMO. Problem with him is that his stats are so unbalanced, otherwise he would do a lot better.

Movie Ozy is superhuman, he caught a bullet and was kicking & throwing people through the air.

Movie Night Owl is probably peak as it is, if not close to peak, and he was nothing compared to Ozy.

Movie Silk Spectre was definitely peak and Ozy One-shotted her.

Fury in his old age has been able to contend with Captain America in hand-to-hand combat. Rorschach is nothing compared to Nick, even if he was 90 years old.

He's also been shown to be easily winded in several comics. I guess it depends upon who's writing.

I highly doubt Rorschach has the speed and strength to do so though. Even then, Fury would still be able to turn the tides.

In the original graphic novel this is basically true, they're all normal humans with martial arts training except Dr Manhattan. Ozy's bullet catching feat is the only real exception IIRC and its not really explained in detail.

The Movie characters were all amped by quite a bit, all of them do stuff that ordinary humans couldn't do.

Good fight Rorschach has a chance i say Nick takes the majority with Walter getting maybe 2 or 3 wins
