I like The Punisher but I like she heroes with superpowers more. I have always been more into Silver Surfer, Thor, and The Hulk more than The Punisher and Nick Fury

Your Right. I have been trying to use outside characters like Robin Hood, Road Runner, Peter Pan and even Mighty Mouse to create some variety.

if its on the streets and fury doesn't have sheild backing him up then its in the punishers playground and he owns it... punisher is the type of guy who kills you in prep 2 weeks before you step on the side walk, punisher kills fury via sniper shot from a mile away.

Fury, but it would be pretty damn close.

I went for them, apparently they've fought atleast twice, the first one looks to me like a tie or a win by captain america after a very close fight

Punisher is a thrifty guy, but so is Fury. Both are excellent at hand to hand combat. I don't know who would win.

In h2h i give it to Fury and i believe he takes this easy.
If it's a fight with weapons and a long distance i see it going either way but i think Frank will win more often than not.

I personally think that Fury would win but am hard pressed to provide credible feats as he was the head of a government organization and during this time, mostly showed his planning abilities. Now in Sercret Warriors, he has done better by his feats in sparring matches with his team. Laying out Stonewall with H2H is a very good feat.
