Fury is one tough s.o.b. but Batman is a much better H2H fighter. It's not even close.

It is a mismatch, Batman has MUCH better H2H feats than Fury does. Fury lacks H2H feats seeing how he usually fights his battles with a sidearm. Batman is quite the contrary, he hurts guys via nerve strikes when bullets don't seem to phase them. He has better speed feats, and better strength feats, i could go on and on. It is clearly a mismatch.

False. Batman wrecks Fury with both arms tied behind his back and while blind folded.

Nick Fury is supposed to be a seasoned unarmed- and armed-combat expert, was a heavyweight boxer in the Army, and holds a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and a brown belt in Jiu Jitsu. Fury has honed his fighting skills sparring with Captain America, but he really lacks any feats to back this up.
