No there not going head to head but teaming up to do battle :)

Teams know all about each other.

Midnighter (pre52) & Nemesis Kid will go up against Mister X, Skinless Man, Gorgon & Prince of Orphans.

Teams start 50 yards apart on Miami Beach unpopulated.

Rules - H2H encounter, no weapons allowed,No Doors.

Win is by Ko, Death or Surrender.

fair enough but it could also be two battle computers v the others but that doesnt mean they get the win :)
