sinister twelve big time although x-23 gives them a hell of a fight.

they have been around for quite a while, a few years before house of m i think.

This is interesting.  X-men win.  Dust and Surge can take out most of the 12 themselves.  None of the 12 can hurt Hisako, and with Tag and Pixie, screwing with everyone's heads, the X-kids stomp.
