Infinity man can solo as it took a Anti life Mr Miracle to even put up a fight with him. Highfather, Darkseid and Takion are skyfathers with the latter being probably as fast as Fallen One and Surfer.

Id say him and Surfer are equal.

@cooldes: Fallen One in all his career has done absolutely jack apart from getting stomped by Thanos and been turned into his herald. So take from that what you will.
