But if there's no heat then there is no way for martian to die
Has MM displayed a weakness to fire in the new 52?

couldnt MM's force field counter that and mm also has heat vision and the mind rape
What force field?

H'el Stomps
He is telepathic so he can counter MM's mindgames!
He has displayed strenght, speed, durability that make superman look weak!
His telekinesis is capable of breaking someone to molecule level.
Has H'el done more than throw up some illusions with his telepathy? MM has done the illusion thing and also erased the memories of Green Lanterns and reality warpers with little if any effort. Is there something to suggest that H'el manipulating MMs form would surpass what MMs own shapeshifting could correct or work around, or that MM couldn't just avoid telekinesis with intangibility? As for H'el's strength, his sucker punch to Superman would be ineffective against an intangible opponent.

@MFrenzy11: Martian Manhunter didn't beat The Justice League he ran away.
H'el stomps.
It's strongly implied that MM was testing them. He engaged them all in a fight and left on his own terms without seeming to take any damage.
@Clark_EL: Stop nitpicking it he took on a team of 7 (one of which was aiming to kill and another who can apparently lift the damn planet for 5 days) by himself and took no damage.
H'EL claims that he is a Kryptonian, so as a Kryptonian under a yellow sun, H'EL has all the typical Kryptonian powers typical of being a "Solar Battery".
Super Strength - Is able to take on the entire Super-Family with (appears to be) zero effort
Flight
Invulnerability - Has shown little to no damage after attacks from super-powered beings.
Super-Hearing - Is able to hear from great distances
Super Stamina
Super Speed - Has displayed speeds faster then Superman, Supergirl & Superboy combined.
Longevity - has claimed to be mentored by Jor-El, yet appears to be merely a few years older than Kal-El.
Total Recall - able to recall memories in almost perfect detail as well as a vast intellect.
Super Healing - In the New 52, Kryptonians have been shown to get hurt and have battle scars (both Kal-El and Kal-L have been seen with visible scars) H'EL in his first appearance and in promo art has many scars including a reverse "S" symbol on his bare chest, after his first appearance it seems to have healed, and in each issue following he has fewer and fewer scars, this could be his healing factor...or the artist simply forgetting too include them, that however does not explain the lack of the reversed "S" symbol.
Alternate Abilities
H'EL has displayed abilities not seen with any Kryptonian thus far such as....
Teleportation - has shown the ability to appear and disappear at will, originally thought to be just super-speed, H'EL has teleported others great distances in the blink of an eye.
Telekinesis - has shown the ability to move objects with his mind, also able to take things apart at a molecular level [things like Kon-El for example].
Super......Mental....Teaching?? - H'EL was able to teach Kara Zor-El how to speak English in a matter of seconds, how he did this is still unknown.
Shape Shifting - It is un-clear if H'EL can actually shape shift, or if he was using some kind of mental ability to make himself appear in another form.
Astral Projection - H'EL has the ability to project himself on a spiritual plain.
Matter Altering - H'EL has the ability to alter the size of objects [but not himself]
@Buckshot: Still he knew he couldn't beat them, he just wanted to test their power.
You actually have no evidence that he knew he couldn't beat them. Nice try though.

@SHARKBEARAGATOR: I'm not It's impressive but in a fight the JL would win.
Again, no evidence. J'onn's intangibility would keep him safe from the majority of their attacks and his telepathy could devastate them directly, or just have them fight each other if he didn't feel like using his own might.
Actually not debatable. Projecting images of himself or just images are things MM has done, and then MM has done more on top of that, like actually removing any trace of his presence from people's minds. H'el has no such feats of active mental manipulation.
@Buckshot: He seemed to own Superman easily, and already he has lifted th weight of the earth for 5 days straight and gone 250+ times the speed of light.
I can't wait to see more feats for Martian Manhunter in JLA
@SHARKBEARAGATOR: Well considering his large array of powers besides the ones an average kryptonian has, and the fact that he(Kal-El) called in the JL to help him, H'el has to be very powerful.
MM murderstomps...no answer to TP, and has already shown he can, at the very least, counter anything a high-powered Kryptonian can throw at him. His TK might be an issue, but I would imagine Jonn's shape shifting and intangibility could easily counter that.
@dondave: New 52 and Pre would stomp? i got H'el on Earth the other day so I have yet to see what H'el is capable of but Viners paint him as unstoppable.
@jashro44: yea, hes faster than superman. H'el never realky tried to hurt clark too much . you get the feeling from reading that arc that he could have killed him whenever he wanted

Does martian manhunter have any speed feats in the new 52 yet though? I agree it's stupid....
Manhunter has basically nothing of note as compared to the feat of H'El teleporting so seamlessly that Superman even tell if he'd used superspeed or teleported... Superman couldn't find/sense him when he was just a few yards behind him.
@boringperson: agreed. Superman was in no way in H'els level. Hel just never tried to hurt or kill him. He teleported superman and everyone else away about 3 times rather than just easily stomp them out. He utterly embarrassed them. There was nothing they could do.
