New 52 Batman vs Marvel now captain america

I know bats vs cap has been done a hella lot of times but new 52 and marvel now has only been done once, and I was afraid to revive the thread because I haven't done anything like that, but using all new feats who do you think takes it?

@nthmetalwarrior: no it's Steve but Then again I'm not too well versed with the marvel now period so if falcon was the only cap around then, then it's him, if he wasn't then it's Steve
