I realize that she has no speed feats yet, but we're only just beginning to see what Barry is capable of. For the moment, I think we should wait before saying Diana is a statue in comparison.
I think that ALL New 52 material should be allowed. But we have to consider that even though Flash is faster than Superman, Superman can still hit Flash. So far, I see no way that Flash can hurt Superman though.

for this discussion i meant only the heroes from the new justice league comic, being they are all new and inexperienced, superman in my opinion has displayed the best stuff, potentially flash could beat him, but i think supes has got them now.

My mistake
The blast went off in micro-second and before it could reach those people standing there flash moved them away while Cap-atom contained the blast..
It is out of the character but flash can vibrate through solid then why not superman?
Flash isn't even strong enough to destroy concrete but the problem is he can vibrate through solid and he can become intangible can mess up with solid things at molecular level..

WW is out, its superman for sure, he tanks GL' s constructs and he was able to hit the flash. Flash is second. Superman is #1.
superman got a lucky tag, sure let's ignore the scans of flash toying with superman and humiliating him while joking around and superman was pretty serious and count superman's 1 lucky shot out of flashes 15 or so. -______-

How what? They are the same character. Justice League Flash is the same character as Flash Flash. He can blitz Superman but he has yet to cause him even the slightest bit of pain. On the flip side of that, Superman eventually hit Flash and obviously that hurt Flash.
Still irrelevant. I am not sure where you came up with the idea that concrete is the fulcrum by which all matter must be measured but I will clue you in on something... concrete aint dat durable.
I would love for you to prove that Flash is just going to spend a fight being intangible. Maybe some scan showing this would be fantastic. Such a thing was not even in character for Pre-52 Flash.
