Malebolgia was the one who CREATED spawn..... Spawn didn't exactly "own" Malebolgia either. In one of their battles Malebolgia subdued Spawn and made him his "pet". Malebolgia and his army proved powerful enough to be a great threat to God himself.
I'm not saying Neron would lose, I'm just pointing out some mistakes in your posts.
