i always thought Aqua man was like an off shoot of Neptune. But there isn't gonna be much of a fight seeing as how Neptune is a god and he can pretty much out do what ever Aqua man tries.
Aqua Man may can do some damage here if he has his magic hand... but Neptune will be a tough challenge indeed
