• Neo retains all of his abilities from the Matrix Trilogy.
• Neo gets 3 days to recover in between rounds (if he survives of course).
• Win by knockout or murder
• If needed, Neo can access any of the melee weapons that were available in the Merovingian's lair.
• Neither side knows what the other is capable of until after the 1st round (if Neo makes it that far of course).
• The fight is outside of the Matrix starting in the streets of Baltimore, Maryland.

Wasn't Neo basically powerless outside the Matrix? Maybe i'm brain farting

In this scenario, he's not limited by real world restrictions and has all the powers he possessed inside the Matrix.

@huey_freeman34: Neo can't do anything to Hulk, he can even survive a nuclear explosion. And Neo's speed & flight is not really a game changer since Hulk has super-speed in that movie as well.

I think the only difference between 2003 & 2008 is thunderclap upgrade.

Not sure, to be honest. 2003 ended in Colombia, which is where 2008 started. But 2008 Hulk just didn't have the feats of his former glory.

I never thought of 2003 Hulk being the most powerful but since that seems to be the consensus here, I'll edit the OP and put him last.

Comic Vine is so weird sometimes lol. The majority here believe that Neo would lose here but think he'd beat the MoS Kryptonians while I've seen the majority side with the Kryptonians over the movie Hulk in many several threads/discussions.

So if Neo > MoS and MCU Thor and MoS > Hulk and MCU Thor (according to the popular vote), then how is Neo not beating Hulk?

as is he doesn't get pass anyone maybe bonus round. Matrix characters don't have the strength nor Flash speed.
