Can you specify? I thought this was even match due to both using mostly h2h and both having destructive force per blow
There's not much to specify. Neo has nothing to match destroying city blocks or igniting himself on fire with speed. Yes they both use h2h and have good destructive output but Luffy vastly outclasses him in speed, strength and durability as well as destructive force.
@highaccuser: I do agree with you, mostly. Although Neo likely has superior fighting skills as they were all downloaded into his mind. But Speed and durability id give to Luffy although I'm not familiar with One Piece

Neo's a better fighter I agree but it doesn't really matter when he can't hurt his opponent.
@highaccuser:ehhhhhh, wouldn't say ALL :) Post stats: "all feats are allowed" This would include Neo being able to destroy him from within. (how he originally ended Smith in the first Matrix film) aside from that Luffy wins.
@maxxcveiler: you should add some parameters to the fight. Location, starting distance etc.
@batmanwithprep: No, he doesn't have enough speed to do anything here. Luffy has casually dodged a barrage of Mach 44 water projectiles in base form. Gear exponentially increases his speed and he also has precognition. He would run circles around Neo with little effort.
Hmm i see. So,,, where do you put neo's speed that had whirlwind of flying cars chased after him?
