Noe haxs Spidey.

Noe telekenesis freezes Spidey.

Spidys PIS kicks in and causes Neo to accidentally kill himself.

Neo stomps. A single punch would mutilate Spidey.

Spidey rapid-fires his webs, Neo does that dodging bullets thing. Then Spider web-slings himself toward Neo and Neo simply flicks Peter, causing his body to explode in an array of blood and viscera. Neo wipes off a couple of blood on his coat and adjusts his sunglasses.

Neo wins. Spidey dies.
