To elaborate. Neo is limited with what he thinks he can do. And that is it.. so given time he should be able to go silver age supes if he realizes it... Not 100% sure on that as it is a bit too vague... Anyhow. flash cw didnt evolve yet so anyhow neo takes it.

Neo has reacted to bullets. Barry can go 10 times faster. Barry for now.

Neo is pretty much stated to be limited by his mind only.

So if say he's in the mood to stop bullets in air or trade building shaking punches, or fly around the world in minutes.....then Barry won't be able to hurt him.

Neo wins 10/10 in the Matrix, Flash wins 10/10 outside of the Matrix.

Neo retains all his abilities he has in the matrix...well he doesnt need to dodge bullets..he pretty much see's the world on an atomic and molecular level like lucy...and can manipulate it to his will...neo stomps...like seriously...

@thelocust619: yes i am because they have even said both caitlin and cisco that after his training he was hitting top speeds he hadnt achieved before and they clocked him at 1.6 mach plus it wasnt lightning it was overloads power theres no way of telling how fast it travels

But an average 9mm bullet moves around 900fps, and the speed of sound is around 1100 fps, and Barry's back was turned. At its lowest, he heard the gunshot and began reacting after the bullet had traveled roughly 9/10ths of the distance between the shooter and Barry (which wasn't much more than a single lane on a street, iirc). At it's best, he reacted the instant he felt it and caught it before it felt any sugnificant harm (more likely, as he knew exactly where to grab specifically enough to use a pinching motion). It seems to me he outright, by definition, blitzed a subsonic object before it could move an inch after detection. That is far more than double it's speed, not to mention that to use two fingers for such a thing is nearly impossible unless you are reasonably comfortable in that situation.

Even then, he's now outrun the shockwave of an ambiguosly non-nuclear nuclear explosion. A pound of TNT generates a blast wave moving over 6000 mps. Not fps. Meters. Very supersonic. This was bigger/stronger (and thusly faster) than a pound of TnT.

Feats>statements...unless the explosion "doesn't count because it was his power"? Then we'd have electricity that doesn't move as fast as electricity, explosions that don't move as fast as explosions...lol. You'd almost think the Flash gets lowballed lol aint none of my business, doe :p

Just to clarify, though, Neo wins. But the Flash is faster than Mach 2. Lol.

Neo curbstomps

The only version of Neo CW Flash can match is Pre-Smith Neo in the first movie. Post death Neo would probably blitz the Flash; by Revolutions the Flash cannot hurt him.

So yeah, Neo stomps.

Never happened. Said 'lightning' acting nothing like lightning and it still ended up tagging him repeatedly.

A better feat would have been dodging it, rather than having the thing drill into his head as he tries to move it to avoid dying.

These are great feats, issue is the Flash rarely applies that speed in fights. It's really obvious the Flash has consistency issues when fights guys like Captain Cold like a slug. Neo on the other hand fights dozens of hypersonic characters at once and flies around at speeds like this:

In the span of time it takes trinity to fall down a few floors, he's out pacing explosions and then kicking up his speed to start dragging dozens cars behind him to catch Trinity. And by the Revolutions he's tanking hits like this:

What the devil is the Flash going to do to someone with that kind durability?

@isaac_clarke: you must have missed the part where I said Neo wins lol. I was arguing that the Flash is faster than Mach 2, as a gentleman claimed he was not.

I'll humor you. HOW will he put Neo down when he has the punching power of a pixie? Neo can also just stop bullets. Not to mention if it goes to h2h..Neo knows every martial art known to man.

Now Flash wins, btw. Neo has literally no hope of touching him.
