H2h- depends, if you include melee weapons, the predator still wins. In a fistfight, probably Nemesis.

But Predators are immensely strong as well...

Strength wise Nemesis is the stronger of the two plus has limited regen - however Predators have much better tech. It also depends of which version of the Predator. I'm assuming it's the one from the original movie version (who only had brawl h2h skill).

Predator, but it would take a good long time.

Nemesis. Not even a gigantic railgun was able to kill him, he'd be able to soak enough punishment until he catches the Predator with a tentacle, effectively infecting it with the virus, a la Jill Valentine.

Predator 1st round quite easily. 2nd round the yautja still wins. Strength is equal, Durability edge to nemesis but the Yautja is extremely durable as well. Speed and Skill go to the Predator by a long shot thus giving him the win.

Predator stomps in the first. He has superiore tecnology, more clever, a master hunter. He can simply use is stealth over a building and hit Nemesis with his cannon and with two/three shots it would be game over.

H2h very hard to tell. Predator has sure more fighting skill, more agile and clever, but Nemesis has more strenght, decent run speed and more durability. I can give this to Nemesis with a decent margin cause predator is very clever and probably could take Nemesis busy for a while, but he cannot damage him. Predator in h2h will probably lose with an Alien and outsmart it only with a weapon the same for Nemesis, but It is even bigger and stronger than an alien is. Nemesis 8/9 /10.

Nemesis wins. Too strong and he is a bio weapon he would adapt to the situation.

Um, doesn't a rail gun outdo the plasma cannon? And it took a solid 3 shots for the rail gun to work.

I'm gonna go with Nemesis due to strength and speed advantage.
